Why a price range?
The price depends on floor area, number of rooms and level of detail. You know the exact amount from the quote, before committing.
Can the meeting be online?
Yes for a first conversation and for Le Déclic Ivy. For the plans in the other packages a visit or survey is usually needed; it is included in the quote.
Is site supervision included?
No. Site supervision, contractor tendering and extra visits are offered as options and priced separately.
When does my request become an order?
Your request is not binding. The order is concluded when you accept the quote I send you.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If you want the work to start before that period ends, I will ask for your express consent; if you then withdraw, only the part already delivered is payable.
