Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms apply to the interior design consulting and design services offered by Ivette Guadalupe Palacios Giffard Sole proprietorship (French “EI”), trading as Ivy Interior Design (“Ivy Interior Design”), to consumers and businesses. Identification details are in the legal notice. This translation is for information; the French version prevails.
2. Services
The packages (Le Déclic Ivy, L’Espace révélé, Signature Ivy, Prêt à rénover) and options are described on the Packages page. The exact content of each commission is set by the quote: floor area and rooms, number of visits, number of proposals, 3D views, revisions included, documents delivered and limits of the commission.
3. Quote and conclusion of the contract
Requests made on the website are not binding. The contract is concluded when the client returns the accepted and signed quote (including electronically). Quotes are valid for [TO BE COMPLETED: QUOTE_VALIDITY] from issue.
4. Prices
Package prices are shown as ranges; the final price is stated in the quote. [TO BE COMPLETED: VAT] Options (extra visit, survey, additional 3D render, detailed bespoke furniture, contractor tendering, travel outside the area, site supervision) are priced separately.
5. Payment
[TO BE COMPLETED: PAYMENT_TERMS] For business clients, late payment incurs penalties at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee (art. L441-10 French Commercial Code).
6. Timeframes
Indicative timeframes are stated in the quote. They run from receipt of any deposit and of the necessary information (plans, photos, measurements).
7. Client obligations
The client provides accurate and complete information, gives access to the premises on the agreed dates and supplies useful documents (plans, co-ownership rules, known constraints).
8. Revisions and limits of the commission
The number of revisions included is set in the quote; extra revisions are invoiced on the basis stated in the quote. Ivy Interior Design provides consulting and design. Unless expressly included as an option, the commission does not include managing, supervising or accepting the works, which are the responsibility of contractors or a project manager. Contractors remain liable for their own work. Projects legally requiring an architect (art. 3, French Law 77-2 of 3 January 1977) are referred to a registered architect.
9. Intellectual property and publication
Plans, concepts, boards and renders remain Ivy Interior Design’s intellectual property. The client has a right of use to carry out their project. Ivy Interior Design publishes photos or visuals of a client’s premises only with written consent.
10. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
For contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises, consumers have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons (art. L221-18 French Consumer Code), by sending the form below or any unambiguous statement by email to [TO BE COMPLETED: EMAIL]. If the consumer expressly requests that the service begins before this period ends, they pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until withdrawal (art. L221-25). The right of withdrawal no longer applies to a service fully performed before the period ends with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing this right (art. L221-28, 1°). Refunds are made within fourteen days using the same means of payment.

13. Complaints and mediation

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. For consumers, this does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
